Job summary

ABS Kids in Chula Vista, CA is hiring an Operations Manager to keep our centers running smoothly as we deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will oversee daily operations, lead the administrative and clinical support teams, manage scheduling, inventory, facilities, and partner with HR for training and staff development.

You should have 5+ years of experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, HIPAA knowledge, and a willingness to learn about ABA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations or management experience.
• Able to organize documents, communicate effectively, and resolve issues professionally.
• Knowledge of ABA therapy or willingness to learn.
• HIPAA knowledge and experience managing remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support our Behavior Technicians (BTs) and admin team.
• Manage daily operations—scheduling, inventory, facilities, and more.
• Partner with HR for training and staff development.
• Track performance, budgets, and KPIs.
• Handle caregiver concerns and team communication.
• Plan community events and team culture initiatives.
• Onboard new hires and ensure policy compliance.
• Report to the Director of ABA Services.

What You'll Do

You'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, making sure our center runs like clockwork so our clinical teams can shine.
