Job summary

Clearsite Industrial Services is seeking an Operations Manager to join a fast-paced, growing vacuum excavation team in North Carolina. The role reports to the Vice President and oversees scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of units to ensure on-time service and safe operations.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with field crews, operators, drivers, and maintenance teams, review DVIR/FLRA/DTR tickets, and ensure compliance with maintenance policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service operations.
• 1–2 years dispatch experience preferred.
• Experience with fleet management software preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends.

Reporting to the Vice President, the position will be responsible for coordinating, dispatching and monitoring of units.

Specific Duties

• Scheduling projects daily
• Dispatching units daily
• Reviewing operator’s daily activities – DVIR, FLRA, DTR Tickets
• Ensuring that maintenance policies and procedures are followed
• Review reports from the GPS system
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in a field service-based operation required.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• 1-2 years Dispatch experience preferred.
• Fleet maintenance coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in hydrovac or vacuum excavation operations preferred.
• The person in this position must have the ability to coordinate well with field crews, operators or drivers, maintenance teams, and leadership.
• Experience managing operational documentation, including DVIR, FLRA, and DTR tickets preferred.
• Experience reviewing GPS reports preferred.
• Experience with fleet management software is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States required.
• Potential to work occasional nights and weekends required.
