Job summary

Capacity LLC in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehousing teams, oversee inventories, and ensure efficient material flow.

You will coordinate with account managers, maintain safety standards, and drive performance through metrics, while bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5yrs of experience in Warehouse Management or Materials Management.
• Understanding of general Warehouse, Inventory and Manufacturing processes.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Warehousing personnel.
• Coordinate and supervise audited year-end inventories.
• Manage incoming material traffic and coordinate with Client Account Managers when needed.
• Monitor and process workflow through warehouse including: Shipping & Receiving.
• Responsible for making sure all trucks are unloaded in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly with customer service regarding any/all missed/short shipments in a timely manner.
• Apply appropriate metrics to hold warehouse personnel accountable.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and productive environment in the warehouse.
