Job summary

Capacity LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehousing personnel, oversee inventory and material flow, and ensure timely unloading of trucks. You will coordinate with Client Account Managers and customer service to manage missed shipments and maintain a productive warehouse environment.

Required are 5 years in warehouse/materials management, strong communication, and knowledge of warehouse/inventory processes; Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management or Materials Management.
• Understanding of general Warehouse, Inventory and Manufacturing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Warehousing personnel.
• Coordinate and supervise audited year-end inventories.
• Manage incoming material traffic and coordinate with Client Account Managers when needed.
• Monitor and process workflow through warehouse including: Shipping & Receiving.
• Responsible for making sure all trucks are unloaded in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly with customer service regarding any/all missed/short shipments in a timely manner.
• Apply appropriate metrics to hold warehouse personnel accountable.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and productive environment in the warehouse.
