We are seeking a hands‑on Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a well-established industrial warehouse facility. This role will oversee financial performance, accounting, inventory, and team leadership for a busy production branch.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the site's performance, working closely with production staff while managing the business side of the operation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys running a business unit, supporting employees on the floor, and ensuring profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full profit & loss performance for the facility
• Perform accounting and reporting functions using QuickBooks
• Oversee inventory levels, purchasing, and stock accuracy
• Supervise approximately 25 employees
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment
• Monitor margins, expenses, and operational costs
• Support customer orders and operational problem solving as needed
• Improve processes and operational efficiency
• Occasionally assist with minor local deliveries if required
