Job summary

The Warbler Hotel in New Orleans, LA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Housekeeping team and support Front Desk ahead of our September 2026 opening. You will report to the Assistant General Manager and work closely with the Chief Engineer and F&B to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hotel leadership, experience in boutique, lifestyle, or luxury hotels, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with PMS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel leadership or supervisory experience in Housekeeping or Rooms.
• Boutique, lifestyle, or luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with hotel technology (PMS), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

The Warbler is a new 58-room boutique hotel opening on New Orleans’ historic St. Charles Avenue, home to Mildred’s Restaurant & Bar, a café, and a rooftop bar. Learn more at thewarblerhotel.com. We’re hiring an Operations Manager to lead Housekeeping and support Front Desk ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Assistant General Manager and partnering closely with our Chief Engineer and F&B team.

What You’ll Need
