Parks Hospitality Group seeks an Operations Manager to oversee Guest Services and Breakfast at Tru by Hilton Raleigh-Durham Airport in Morrisville, NC. You will manage daily hotel operations, ensure service quality, and support breakfast and shuttle functions with strong guest focus.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hotel operations, supervisory experience, and proficiency with property management systems; leadership and organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Guest Services, Breakfast and Shuttle, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead efforts to deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing feedback and resolving complaints.
• Participate in reputation management initiatives, ensuring positive reviews and feedback.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and departmental performance.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and brand policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public spaces, and facilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for team members and guests, along with the General Manager.
• Work regularly scheduled desk shifts.
• Serve as the Manager on Duty, particularly evenings and weekends.
