Parks Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department at the Tru by Hilton Raleigh-Durham Airport in Morrisville, NC. You will oversee all housekeeping operations, manage the team, and ensure every room and public area meets our high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory/management responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to resolve guest issues professionally and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
• Train, supervise and mentor housekeeping staff to meet performance standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules for all areas.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure readiness.
• Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms and public spaces for quality control.
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
