Parks Hospitality Group is seeking an Operations Manager for Tru by Hilton Burlington in Burlington, NC. This on-site role oversees Guest Services and Breakfast operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and smooth daily workflows.

You will manage staffing, enforce safety and brand standards, and support reputation management by addressing feedback and maintaining facility inspections. A strong leader with PMS experience will thrive in our guest-centric team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel operations experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in property management systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Guest Services and Breakfast, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead efforts to deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing feedback and resolving complaints.
• Participate in the hotel’s reputation management initiatives, ensuring positive reviews and feedback.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and departmental performance.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and brand policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public spaces, and facilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for team members and guests in the absence of the General Manager.
