Job summary

United Rentals is seeking an Operations Manager for Flooring and Facility Solutions (FFS) in Saint Louis, MO. Lead a new business unit, coordinating delivery of “white glove” service to facility maintenance and restoration customers.

You will partner with the District Manager to ensure safety, training, and world-class customer service, while overseeing FFS sales efforts and staff reporting to you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry.
• Strong motivational and leadership skills.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable record.
