Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate and direct quality service delivery, improving branch productivity and safety.

You will support the Branch Manager, drive compliance with policies, and lead a team including Inside Sales Reps and Drivers. This role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 3+ years in sales and operations, strong leadership, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry.
