Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking an Operations Manager for a premium liquor brand expanding globally. Based in Miami, you will oversee supply chain, procurement, logistics and sustainability across Mexico, ensuring efficient operations and strong supplier relationships.

You will lead production planning, inventory control, freight, and 3PL partnerships, negotiate pricing, and track costs and performance while supporting sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, logistics or operations.
• Experience in liquor, beverages, FMCG or related industry.
• Strong supplier management, sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Manage procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics across Mexico.

Our client is a fast-growing premium liquor brand expanding its global presence.They are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee supply chain, procurement, logistics, and sustainability across Mexico.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations.
• Experience in liquor, alcohol beverages, FMCG, or a similar industry.
• Strong supplier management, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with packaging and dry goods procurement.
• Commercially minded, organized, and confident working independently.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
