Job summary

Quality Talent Group client in the building automation and industrial technology sector seeks an experienced Asphalt Plant Supervisor to lead production and distribution across multiple plants. You will mentor teams, drive safety programs, and ensure financial targets are met.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or equivalent, 3–5 years supervisory experience, and proficiency with SAP, Google Mail, and MS Office, plus willingness to travel MD/DC/VA/WV/PA.

Responsibilities

• Attain production and distribution objectives for assigned asphalt plants.
• Mentor and manage subordinates to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Conduct OH&S program activities including inspections and training.
• Meet financial targets and budget objectives.
• Interface with other groups to maintain safe, efficient facilities and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or comparable experience
• Three (3) to Five (5) Years of Supervisory Experience
• Prior experience in Asphalt Production
• Proficiency in ERP systems (i.e. SAP), Google mail, and Microsoft Suite
• Local travel throughout Maryland, DC, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania required
