Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an on-site Asphalt Milling Lead for a nationwide construction program. You will oversee a crew, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality on asphalt milling operations at regional sites. Competitive compensation with comprehensive health plans is included.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit required field logs and documentation.
• Operate heavy milling machinery and support equipment effectively.

Qualifications

• Must possess personal transportation to reliably travel to various regional job sites
