Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating raw materials, leading cross‑functional teams, and ensuring on‑time customer orders through effective prioritization and process optimization.

• Manage employee schedules, daily assignments, workflows, and operational priorities.
• Coach and develop high-potential employees and future team leaders.
• Coordinate raw materials and production priorities to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
• Identify and implement improvements in productivity, waste reduction, labor utilization, operating costs, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety standards.
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and operational processes.
• Track key performance metrics and maintain accurate operational reports.
• Collaborate effectively with employees, management, Human Resources, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide hands‑on operational leadership and support, especially during high‑volume production periods.

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year
