Job summary

RITE RUG CO in Johnson City, TN is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our regional operations. The role oversees 8 to 10 million in annual sales, aligns with corporate policies, and ensures exceptional customer service.

You will coordinate with other departments, manage budgets, staffing, and compliance, and implement programs to improve efficiency across the location.

Qualifications

• Have at least three to five years of experience in successful Operations, including experience in the Flooring Industry.
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Have at least three years of managerial experience and exhibit proven ability to lead and manage employees.
• Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
• Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and problem solve.
• Demonstrate the skills necessary to effectively integrate multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities of the Operations function of the company a in designated region.
