Job summary

Rite Rug Co in Wilmington, NC is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee all flooring installation and service within a defined region, ensuring the best possible customer experience from start to finish.

You will coordinate with the retail sales team, troubleshoot installation issues, and communicate with customers throughout the process to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in flooring or construction is a plus.
• Excellent customer services skills.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize duties.
• Able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Work independently and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic region.
• Manage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the process.
• Ability to make product suggestions to customer to ensure the highest quality end result.
• Troubleshoot any installation/flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer.
• Work closely with retail sales team to understand the customer's needs.
• Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY:

To ensure the customer has the best possible experience when have their new floors installed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic region
• Manage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the process

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have earned a Highschool Diploma or equivalent
2. Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.
3. Must have exceptional customer services skills
4. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required
5. Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
6. Be able to work independently and problem solve
