Job summary

Culligan-Ultrapure, Inc. Indianapolis is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee day-to-day branch activities and drive performance across multiple teams.

You will set KPIs, manage staffing, and foster a high-performance culture while ensuring safety and quality in service delivery. The role requires a strong background in branch operations, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading multiple departments and diverse teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What We're Looking For

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the location's General Manager and leads key operational team members, including the Service Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Route Delivery Supervisor, and Inventory Coordinator.

Physical & Work Environment

This position works across office, warehouse, vehicle, branch, and customer-site environments. The role may require standing, walking, site visits, and the ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Target Salary Range: $xx,000 – $xx,000 salary a year. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for competitive benefits, including paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, disability benefits and 401(k).
