Regional Operations VP of Club Studio | Fitness International LLC

Club Studio is comprised of five innovative boutique fitness studios that were carefully curated to create a unique member experience, along with plenty of free weights, strength and cardio areas, Olympic size swimming pool, functional and personal training area, full-size basketball court, locker rooms, and babysitting services. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and your state-of-the-art gym have collided. Fitness in a class of its own.

Responsibilities:
  1. Hire, train, and develop a talented, customer service-focused fitness team.
  2. Set and surpass daily goals for yourself and your team.
  3. Manage departments including Front Desk, Studio team, Recovery lab, and Janitorial services.
  4. Coordinate staff scheduling.
  5. Assist in maintaining a clean, profitable club by collaborating with managers and team members.
  6. Learn and apply sales techniques for fitness, studio classes, and modalities.
  7. Ensure team communication of studio concepts.
  8. Support community outreach and assist in planning studio events.
  9. Conduct daily morning meetings with GM, Studio Director, and PTD to review previous issues and plan the day.
  10. Drive new client acquisition and motivate team efforts.
  11. Create a positive, safe, team-oriented environment.
  12. Take responsibility for all club needs, stepping in as necessary.
  13. Understand management as achieving goals through voluntary cooperation.
  14. Continuously develop management skills.
  15. Maintain professionalism in appearance and punctuality.
