Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Durham is seeking a Manager, Total Wireless Operations to lead Field Operations and drive cross-functional project rollouts. You will coordinate with multiple groups, develop tools, and ensure sales deliverables are met.

In this hybrid role, you will analyze operational data, prepare reports, and provide debriefs after projects while maintaining strong relationships with Exclusive Retailers. A dynamic retail environment awaits.

As a Manager, Total Wireless Operations, you will lead the efforts surrounding Field Operations in our Total Wireless Division. Key Responsibilities

You will coordinate with multiple business groups to ensure successful project roll outs and manage daily field ops reporting. Along with acting as project lead for deliverables, you will hold business groups accountable to ensure the sales team gets a complete solution to drive the business. You will need to be able to multitask and drive collaboration amongst varied groups, along with making Senior Leaders accountable. As a Manager of Field Operations, you will also:

• Lead the development of comprehensive tools in support of new programs and services for our stores
• Hold regular calls and meetings with key contributors to drive collaboration
• Prepare operational reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
• Develop analytical tools for the sales team, and be responsible for upkeep of operational reports
• Provide analysis for operational categories including trend analysis, dashboard, rankings and other miscellaneous reports.
• Analyze processes and procedures, provide recommendations for improvement
• Provide debriefs upon project completion, to include holding all involved parties accountable and celebrating successes
• Identify and escalation misses to deadlines for appropriate follow-up
• Maintain a strong relationship with our Exclusive Retailers

What We Are Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in wireless retail operations. Accordingly, we are looking for you to bring the following:
• Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and adjust to frequent change
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Passionate regarding merchandising and operational functionality of a retail location
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Experience in project management preferred
• Prior financial/sales reporting experience preferred
• Strong background in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
