Job description

Pay Range

$20.50 - $40.70

Purpose
This position is responsible for all aspects of store operations, including providing an exceptional shopping experience to every customer through established company guidelines concerning sales, customer service, and associate education. The role ensures a safe workplace and shopping environment while maximizing company profitability by managing store operations.

Major Responsibilities

  • Operations management, including reviewing profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy through supervision of cycle counts and inventory processes
  • Assisting the General Manager with HR issues and loss prevention
  • Supervising cash handling practices and communicating with the finance department
  • Ensuring safety and security of the store environment
  • Supporting budget management and driving profitability
  • Maintaining brand and operational standards
  • Overseeing store presentation and customer service excellence
  • Handling administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and shipping
  • Managing warehouse logistics and resets
  • Reviewing and assessing employee performance, training, and development
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, scheduling, and legal requirements
  • Performing managerial duties including opening/closing the store and addressing performance issues

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • 3-5 years retail management experience with proven operational leadership
  • Ability to perform in high-volume, complex environments
  • Proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training staff
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion and adapt to change quickly
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure

Working Conditions

  • Occasional travel, including air and car travel
  • Exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles, noise levels variable

Physical/Sensory Requirements
Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally, and 20-30 pounds frequently; frequent use of hands and fingers; ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, and stoop regularly.

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pickup Hours

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
