Base pay range

$33.00/hr - $34.00/hr

We have a 12 month contract with opportunity to extend for a Production Operations Specialist, must have 4-6+ years of DTM experience, ServiceNow user experience, PowerBI reporting experience and Microsoft Suite – intermediate with Excel. 100% Remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily responsibilities:Monitors DTM dashboards daily and follows the steps for related action items
  • Communicates with DTM product owners, sponsors and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood and addressed
  • Investigates alerts, works with requesters and job owners to close alerts
  • Monitors DTM inbox
  • Works under guidance of DTM Leads and Product Owners
  • Performs some basic and end-user testing to ensure DTM functionalities are intact
  • Identifies trends and patterns and does research on trends and patterns, be self-driven on data analysis, visualization and reporting
  • Identifies potential compliance risks and notifies DTM Product Owners and Leads
  • Brings ideas on automation/optimization for performance improvement
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Reduction in Critical Alerts in line with DTM target
  • Meet minimum individual target set for Critical Alerts Removal for any given week
  • Zero escalation from stakeholders on timeliness of response and resolution
  • This role is unique because it requires a unique blend of technical expertise, proactive research, and cross-functional collaboration.

About this role:

Data Transmission Management (DTM) team is accountable to ensure compliance for Managed File Transfer (MFT) jobs, as per the Data Exchange Policy with a third party, be it a supplier, provider or others. Any such meta data non-compliance is flagged in DTM system and this operator position is going to be responsible to work with MFT job owners / stakeholders.

This position supports the implementation and/or drives the ongoing operational maintenance of assigned product(s) or service area(s) through communication and solid relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, identifying opportunities for integrated process improvement, escalating issues as necessary, and supporting the success of the product. Creates and maintains reporting tools to effectively analyze and develop process improvement opportunities that enhance the operational effectiveness of the product(s) or service area(s).

Education/Experience:

Required A Bachelor's Degree in business administration / related field

Required or equivalent work experience

Candidate Experience:

Required 2+ years of experience in Leading or supporting projects in the following areas: Benefits, Product Management, Marketing and Sales, Strategic Planning, and/or Project Management

–OR-

Data analysis and process improvement in the following areas: Benefits, Healthcare or Regulatory/Government Affairs

-OR-

Vendor management or oversight; preferably with healthcare vendors

Required 2+ years of experience in customer service experience in a healthcare contact center or customer service environment dealing with claims, grievances pharmacy and appeals authorizations in one or more of the following: Medicare, Medicaid, PDP, Exchange etc.

Preferred Other Experience in health care or managed care environment

Preferred Other Experience working the state reporting, regulatory/government affairs
