Max Capacity is a fast-growing web design studio helping small businesses turn outdated, underperforming websites into clean, conversion-driven digital experiences.

We’re looking for an A-player — someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes ownership without hand-holding, and wants to help scale a lean, high-performing agency from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with the founders to keep projects on track, clients confident, and the team operating at its best. If you’re excited by systems, growth, and building something with real momentum — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Project Ownership: Manage web projects from onboarding through to launch.
  • Timeline & Deliverables: Own deadlines, set milestones, and ensure the team stays on track.
  • Team Coordination: Assign and track tasks across designers, developers, and content collaborators.
  • Client Communication: Lead client touchpoints, manage feedback loops, and maintain great relationships.
  • Financial Tracking: Support with invoicing, budget tracking, and overall project profitability.
  • Process Improvement: Help build and refine systems, templates, and workflows.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively flag roadblocks and find smart ways to move forward.
What You Bring
  • Tool Fluency: Comfortable in ClickUp, Slack, Loom, Google Workspace, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
  • Systems Builder: Experience setting up or optimizing project management workflows in ClickUp (dashboards, automations, templates, etc.).
  • Prompting Experience (Bonus): You know how to use AI tools to ideate faster, automate tasks, and solve problems.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to translate vision into action across clients, creatives, and devs.
  • Detail-Oriented: Nothing slips through the cracks — you spot what others miss.
  • Calm Under Pressure: You keep people focused and moving — even when timelines shift.
