Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing center activities, drive safety, efficiency, and cost control. This permanent role requires a proven track record in leadership, customer-facing support, sales collaboration, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in a similar role, a bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field, forklift certification, and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma.

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
