Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple warehouse, production, and distribution facilities across several sites. This strategic leadership role drives operational excellence, develops site leadership teams, and ensures consistent execution across locations, spanning warehousing, inventory, production, shipping/receiving, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role includes 25% out-of-state travel and a strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Multi-site warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution management experience.
• Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement experience preferred.

Job description

I'm partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple warehouse, production, and distribution facilities across a multiple sites.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing site leadership teams, improving performance, and ensuring consistent execution across locations. The position oversees warehousing, inventory, production, shipping/receiving, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role will require 25% out of state travel.

What We're Looking For:

• Background in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or production environments
• Experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams
• Strong financial, KPI, and budget management skills
• Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence experience
• Ability to travel between facilities as needed [

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
• Expertise in inventory, production, logistics, and customer fulfillment operations
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence

Work Schedule: Onsite

Compensation: $150-170k base
