Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Excellence Manager to lead Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives across our plant operations in the U.S. This is a hands-on, data-driven leadership role focused on eliminating waste, improving performance, and building sustainable processes.

You will develop CI programs, deploy Operations Excellence tools, analyze manufacturing and financial data to close performance gaps, train teams, and drive cross-functional change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience OR High School Diploma with 8+ years CI manufacturing experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred; Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred.
• Strong background in Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma in manufacturing
• Experience leading CI projects from concept through implementation
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational performance at the plant level
• Lead the deployment of Operations Excellence tools, platforms, and CI frameworks
• Analyze manufacturing and financial data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Train and coach employees on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured CI methodologies
• Partner directly with front‑line teams using a hands‑on, floor‑based leadership approach
• Provide project management leadership for CI pilots and full‑scale rollouts
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure CI strategy alignment and stakeholder support
• Support plant transformation initiatives and change management efforts
• Travel up to 20% as needed

• o Data analytics using process and financial metrics
• o Leading CI projects from concept through implementation

Proven ability to:
