Summary

Paragon Professional Services, LLC, is seeking a qualified Operations Manager to oversee a government security contract in New England (MA, CT, NH). Responsibilities include managing daily operations, developing security policies, and leading a team of security professionals. Remote work may be considered, with travel required. Salary range: $145K - $150K per year.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage workforce and liaise with the Government.
• Implement classified orders and instructions related to security.
• Lead, mentor, and train security staff.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend security improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to incorporate security measures.
• Manage relationships with security vendors and government officials.
• Monitor security incidents, investigate breaches, and apply corrective measures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and threats.
• Conduct security drills and exercises.
• Be available 24/7 and willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications - Experience, Education, and Certification

Minimum requirements include an Associate’s degree and 5 years of experience in military, law enforcement, or security, with leadership experience. Additional experience may substitute for education. Must have analytical skills, report writing ability, knowledge of security protocols, and ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. U.S. citizenship or lawful residence with honorable discharge is required.
