Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Associate Regional Field Operations Manager to lead and support all field operations in the New York area.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing ongoing training, development, and leadership to service and repair teams
• Ensuring quality of all service and repair operations; managing resource allocation
• Investigating and resolving critical customer issues
• Promoting the use of digital tools among service staff
• Leading process workshops and ensuring adherence to service protocols
• Monitoring field tests, inspections, and data reports
• Collaborating with service managers on performance issues
• Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions

Qualifications for success:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
• Minimum 5 years of elevator industry experience
• Management experience required
• Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical settings
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
