Job Overview

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Associate Regional Field Operations Manager to lead and support field operations in the Southwest area. This role involves providing leadership, training, and ensuring quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing training and leadership to service and repair teams.
  • Oversee the quality of all field operations, ensuring proper resource allocation.
  • Investigate and resolve critical customer issues.
  • Promote the use of digital tools among service teams.
  • Lead process workshops and enforce adherence to service processes.
  • Monitor field tests, inspections, and data reports.
  • Collaborate with service managers on performance issues.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Qualifications
