Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Associate Regional Field Operations Manager to lead and support field operations in the Northwest area. Join a global, innovative company that values Safety, Ethics, Quality, and Employee Opportunity.

On a typical day you will:
  • Provide training, development, and leadership to service and repair teams
  • Ensure quality of service and repair operations, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction
  • Investigate and resolve critical customer issues
  • Promote the use of digital tools among service colleagues
  • Lead process workshops and ensure adherence to service protocols
  • Monitor field tests, inspections, and data reports
  • Consult with managers on service performance issues
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to complete projects satisfactorily and timely
What you will need to be successful:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of elevator industry experience
  • Management experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Self-motivated with multiple project management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software and technical settings
  • Leadership, goal orientation, time management, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
