About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to lead strategic sales processes and improve Zillow's business. The role involves managing 3-5 initiatives simultaneously, along with recurring operational responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales operations background, leadership skills, organizational expertise, excellent cross-functional communication, and a passion for data-driven solutions.

You Will Get To:

• Refine and automate the management of the book of business
• Support frontline compensation management
• Identify and improve sales tooling to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Develop strategic insights through analysis, challenge assumptions, and influence improvements
• Establish processes that drive efficiency gains while ensuring compliance
• Define objectives, translate ideas into action, and oversee workstreams
• Build relationships, gain commitment, and ensure proper documentation

This role is categorized as a Remote position, allowing work from any location within the U.S., with specific pay ranges depending on the state.

In certain states, the annual base pay ranges from $105,900 to $169,100, with additional eligibility for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location.
