Job summary

Liberty Roofing Center in Beaver, PA is seeking an organized Branch Lead Inside Sales to support the Branch Manager and occasionally lead the team in their absence.

You will direct inside sales, process orders, manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate pricing and timely service. This role emphasizes customer care, operational efficiency and safety compliance across the branch.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong negotiation skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in leading and motivating branch personnel.
• Direct and Coordinate the Inside Sales Team in activities including receiving and entering customer orders.
• Order Entry, Processing Quotes and Expediting orders and deliveries.
• Inventory Management including responsibility for purchasing and receiving.
• Establish rapport with vendors; addressing billing issues, price negotiations and delivery options.
• Responsible for scheduling and routing daily deliveries to customers.
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy of inside sales and warehouse/driver employees work hours and proper reporting.
• Assist Branch Manager with D.O.T and Preventative maintenance requirements for the branch.
• Assist Branch Manager with Health and Safety requirements for the branch and timely reporting in addition to ensuring a safety focused mindset for all personnel
• Insure proper warehouse functionality – Layout and workflow
• Stay current with industry trends, new products, market prices, vendors and competitors
• Work with team to build lasting relationships with suppliers and customers, building a positive company image
• Attend meetings, functions and company provided training as required
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Any other responsibilities as assigned

Position Overview

This individual will work to support the Branch Manager and serve as the branch lead when the Branch Manager is out of the office.
