Job summary

Crozier Fine Arts is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Arlington facility, overseeing storage accounts, client services, and the operations team to ensure safety, efficiency, and high presentation standards for Crozier’s art collections.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, logistics, and vendor coordination while driving process improvements and developing new business opportunities with clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven management experience and/or Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts or related field with relevant management experience.
• Experience managing all aspects of a facility (scheduling, resources, budgeting).
• Industry standard of art logistics, including packing, handling, storage, and transportation methods, materials, and equipment best practices.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly, in writing and verbally; organized and discreet.
• Able to use or learn AIMS and common office software (Excel, Google Suite, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Own daily operational control of the facility, manage workload, staffing, logistics, art handling activities, and vendors.
• Manage facilities financial performance, review P&L, budgets, and costs.
• Ensure maintenance, safety/security, and professional appearance of the facility.
• Approve staff payroll and track labor hours; improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage customer relations, tours, and development of new business opportunities.

Crozier Fine Arts is seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join our Operations Team in Arlington, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for all storage accounts, client services, operations, and administration within the DFW area market, working directly with operations teams to oversee the entire facility, ensuring the safety and integrity of Crozier’s offerings.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Operations & Facility Management: Assume daily operational control of the facility, managing the workload and staffing, and coordinating logistics, art handling activities, and third party vendors.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the facilities financial performance, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources. This includes meeting monthly financial targets, reviewing P&L statements, and preparing/monitoring the annual operating budget by checking costs, overhead, and facility-related financial charges.
• Safety & Maintenance: Be responsible for the maintenance, safety/security, general upkeep, and professional appearance for the facility.
• Staff & Administrative Management: Approve staff payroll and ensure all labor hours are accurately tracked. Continuously review areas of responsibility to increase productivity and improve efficiency.
• Customer Relations & Business Development: Manage customer relations, ranging from general interactions, providing tours, and address client issues/concerns and developing new business opportunities.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years proven management experience and/or Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts or related field with relevant management experience
• Experience managing all aspects of a facility (i.e. work schedules, allocating resources, budgeting, etc) is preferred
• Industry standard of art logistics, including current packing, handling, storage, and transportation methods, materials, and equipment best practices
• Proven ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally in writing and verbally. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain discretion.
• Able to use or learn technological systems such as AIMS, Excel, Google Suite, and other Microsoft Office programs.

• Pay: Starting at $93,400/an + 15% Bonus Eligibility (**Negotiations Depending on Experience)
