Lineage Logistics is recruiting for an Operations Management Trainee Program in Charleston, SC. The hands-on training rotates you through receiving, shipping, inventory management, product movement, and daily warehouse operations under experienced leaders.

You will build leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to prepare for future frontline management roles in a fast-paced, safety-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Military leadership or logistics experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through warehouse departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of daily operations.
• Learn through hands-on training, job shadowing, and practical assignments.
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and product movement.
• Monitor performance goals related to productivity, cost, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate workflows, allocate resources, and support team members.

You'll rotate through different departments, work alongside experienced operations leaders, and gain the knowledge and skills needed to grow into a future frontline leadership role.During this multi-week program, you'll gain practical experience in receiving, shipping, inventory management, product movement, and daily warehouse operations.
