Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Stockton, CA is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations in our cold and dry storage facilities. You will plan, assign, and direct work, coordinate with teams and ensure safety, quality, and timely service for customers.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound shipments, inspections, forklift operation, and relaying issues to Traffic and Customer Service. The role offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
• Ability to work in cold storage temperatures as low as -20°F and hot storage up to 100°F while wearing PPE.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs (18 kg).

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective actions.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading, forklift operation, product relocation.
• Handle daily inspections including equipment inspections and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance, and report quantity differences and quality issues where applicable.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.
