Job summary

DB&A is seeking a Management Consultant, Operations Leadership to embed on-site with major companies and coach frontline teams toward improved performance. This role requires leadership of a frontline group, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate KPI insights into concrete shop-floor actions.

You will travel 100% across the U.S., building trust with supervisors and managers, driving real improvements in productivity and safety while aligning with client expectations and

Qualifications

• Current or recent leadership of a frontline team in manufacturing, industrial production, distribution, or another physical operating environment.
• 3 to 5 years of direct people leadership: owning performance, coaching, accountability, and KPIs.
• 7 years or less of total professional experience since completing your bachelor’s degree.
• A completed bachelor’s degree.
• A path into management earned through promotion from a Supervisor role, or a formal management trainee program.
• Based in the U.S., near a major airport, and ready for 100% travel Sunday through Friday.

Responsibilities

Compensation And What You Get
