Job summary

DeWolff, Boberg & Associates is seeking an experienced Management Consultant, Operations Leadership to embed with major companies on-site across industries and drive performance transformation. You will coach frontline leaders, interpret KPIs, and turn data into action plans that improve productivity and safety.

This full-time role requires a hands-on leader comfortable with 100% travel across the U.S., Sunday through Friday, and a track record of delivering measurable results in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Current or recent leadership of a frontline team in manufacturing, industrial production, distribution, or another physical operating environment.
• 3 to 5 years of direct people leadership: owning performance, coaching, accountability, and KPIs.
• 7 years or less of total professional experience since completing your bachelor's degree.
• A path into management earned through promotion from a Supervisor role, or a formal management trainee program.
• Based in the U.S., near a major airport, and ready for 100% travel Sunday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Embed on-site with major companies, coaching frontline supervisors and managers.
• Read KPIs, lost time, and productivity data, and turn it into a plan for tomorrow.
• Lead workshops and one-on-one coaching to improve leadership on the shop floor.
• Build trust on the floor to drive real leadership change.

What You Need

Compensation and What You Get
