Rain for Rent in Albuquerque, NM seeks an Operations Support Representative to bridge operational and administrative units within the branch. The role emphasizes contract management, service tracking, and fleet coordination to support efficient, compliant branch operations.

Key duties include managing customer rental contracts, monitoring service jobs, maintaining maintenance records, and ensuring DOT compliance while supporting inventory and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Branch Operations and Office Administration
• Experience with contract management and DOT compliance
• Ability to track service jobs and complete month-end reports

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and support the management of customer rental contracts.
• Track and monitor service jobs to assure that all service jobs are properly documented on month-end reports.
• Track and monitor equipment engine services, tank testing, and red tag reports; coordinate with proper personnel.
• Maintain Vehicle and maintenance tracking system; oversee fixed fleet maintenance and DOT compliance.
• Gather, audit, and submit DOT logs and Trip & Dispatch Reports.
• Generate Purchase Orders for stock and branch purchases as directed.
• Coordinate and schedule all sub-hauling of equipment.
• Ensure safety records are updated, maintained, and distributed.
• Monitor daily collection and distribution of sale and rental paperwork.
• Schedule and track daily returns and branch transfers of equipment.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor branch expense recovery and coordinate billing.
