Job summary

FleetLogix, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager and lead a diverse onsite team. You will oversee operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain productive daily workflows for drivers, VSAs, and porters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; associates or bachelor's degree a plus.
• Prior experience with customer account relations and rental car industry required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer service oriented.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Manager as second layer of management to site staff.
• Develop and maintain communication flow between Site Manager, customers and employees.
• Ensure productivity standards and location benchmarks are met.
• Coach, train and discipline staff as needed.
• Maintain strong internal and external customer service relationships.
• Cover for Site Manager on days off and adjust staff schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with customer to discuss improvements and challenges.
• Communicate performance issues and escalate to HR when necessary.
• Ensure vehicle movement and workflow align with client requirements.
• Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
