You will learn about supply chain coordination, facilities management, IT onboarding, and how program leadership scales operations, while receiving mentorship from senior staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and collaboration tools (Teams/Slack/Zoom).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn new tools and procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, shipments, and documentation.
• Support procurement activities and vendor communications.
• Maintain records of orders, deliveries, and assets.
• Assist with facilities workflows and office setup.
