Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated student to support Facilities Supply Chain operations, program management initiatives, and data analytics. You will assist with process improvements, partner with internal teams to identify demand, and help track deliverables while documenting workflows and performance metrics.

You will create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and SQL concepts, and develop training materials to facilitate cross-functional programs and improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to organize information and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables, data analysis).
• Familiar with Power BI or Tableau and other visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
• Understanding of process mapping and continuous improvement.
• Proficient with project management tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and inventory management.
• Familiarity with operational metrics and KPIs.

• Support Facilities Supply Chain operations, program management initiatives, and data analytics
• Assist with supply chain process improvements focused on efficiency, cost management, and operational reliability
• Partner with internal teams to identify demand requirements, track deliverables, and execute supply strategies
• Document workflows, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics
• Support cross-functional programs and operational improvement initiatives
• Maintain project schedules, action trackers, dashboards, and status reporting
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and gaps
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for better decision-making
• Develop documentation, training materials, and communication tools

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
