Responsibilities

• Support the management of day-to-day decisions of the assigned department/shift regarding performance, process and leadership.
• Learn the process of each department/shift and identify areas of improvement.
• Engage in leadership discussions and apply WebstaurantStore leadership principles to daily work.
• Monitor metrics and assist in corrective actions and disciplinary processes as needed.
• Interact with employees to promote engagement and ensure safety regulations are followed.
