Job summary

SwiftX Express in the United States is seeking motivated Management Trainees to join a one-year Operations Leadership Program that rotates through warehouse, hub, and transportation functions.

You will gain hands-on experience, analytics, mentorship, and leadership development, with a path to a permanent leadership role after completion.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and bilingual English and Mandarin; salary is $25/hr with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Graduated within the past 12 months or expected to graduate soon.
• Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management, or related majors preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotational phases covering warehouse, hub, operations support, and leadership development.
• Acquire hands-on experience in warehouse operations, transportation coordination, data analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Lead assigned projects and contribute to process improvements.
• Complete final evaluation and transition into a permanent role.
