Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking highly motivated Management Trainees for its Illinois-based Operations Leadership Program. This one-year rotation combines training, hands-on warehouse operations, hub management, transportation coordination, data analysis, and leadership development to groom future leaders.

Participants rotate through four phases and transition into leadership-track roles after completion. Bachelor’s degree and recent graduation are required; bilingual English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above (recent graduates OK)
• Graduated within the past 12 months or expected soon
• Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management or related majors preferred
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and foundational operations training
• Rotate through Warehouse, Hub Operations, and Operations Support phases
• Engage in data analysis and KPI tracking
• Lead assigned projects and operational initiatives
• Participate in leadership development programs and final placement
