Job summary

SwiftX is launching a one-year Operations Leadership Program designed to cultivate future leaders through structured training, hands-on experience, and cross-functional rotations across warehouse, hub operations, transportation, and data analysis.

Participants will gain exposure to end-to-end logistics, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and transition into leadership-track roles upon program completion. Candidates should have a recent degree and be bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected within 12 months of graduation.
• Majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management or related fields preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and foundational operations training.
• Rotate through warehouse, hub, and operations support rotations.
• Participate in data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead assigned projects and contribute to leadership development program goals.
