Job summary

APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking candidates for its Management Development Trainee program. The initial training lasts 12–24 months and includes rotations through aggregates, asphalt production, logistics and road construction, plus exposure to safety, quality control, and finance.

Trainees are assigned mentors and reassigned to a business unit for advancement as they grow, with travel as needed and opportunities to lead projects.

Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate for advancement opportunities.
• Ability to travel as needed for training purposes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent work or Military experience.

Responsibilities

• Trainees will rotate through departments to learn production activities, safety and quality programs, and customer service.
• Trainees will be assigned a mentor to aid growth.
