Job summary

SwiftX is seeking motivated Management Trainees to join our one-year Operations Leadership Program in Peachtree Corners, GA. This rotational program develops future leaders through structured training, hands-on operations, cross-functional rotations, and leadership development.

Participants gain exposure to warehouse operations, hub management, transportation coordination, and data analysis, with mentorship from experienced leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Recent graduate or expect to graduate soon.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-year rotational program across warehouse and hub operations.
• Assist in data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational optimization projects.
• Lead assigned projects and initiatives during the final placement.
