Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking candidates for the Operations Leadership Trainee program. The 24–36 month initial training period rotates trainees through production, safety, quality, finance and proposals, with mentorship and potential reassignment to a business unit for further leadership opportunities.

Travel is required for training, and relocation may be needed for advancement. Candidates should demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills in construction or building

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel for training purposes (required).
• Relocatable for advancement opportunities.
• Leadership and/or managerial experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Trainees rotate through departments to learn operations functions, including safety, quality, finance and proposals.
