Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking an Operations Leadership Trainee to start a rewarding career across our aggregates, readymix, asphalt production, logistics, and road construction operations in Texas. The program begins with 24-36 months of training and rotation through departments.

You will learn safety, quality, finance, and project work, with mentorship and opportunities to advance into leadership roles depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel as needed for training purposes
• Relocatable for advancement opportunities
• Leadership and/or managerial skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience within the construction, building materials or related industry

Responsibilities

• Trainees will spend time rotating through various departments coupled with training around operations functions to include gaining knowledge of production activities, manufacturing processes, safety and quality programs, business development, customer service and much more.
• Trainees will be assigned a mentor to aid in their growth process
