Texas Materials Group, Inc. offers an Operations Leadership Trainee program designed to launch a rewarding career within the CRH family. The initial training lasts 24–36 months, with advancement based on performance as trainees rotate through operations in aggregates, readymix, asphalt, logistics, and road construction.

Trainees gain skills in safety, quality, finance, and proposals, plus daily operations. A mentor is assigned to aid growth, and relocation and travel may be required to pursue

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel for training requirements.
• Relocatable for advancement opportunities.
• Demonstrated leadership and/or managerial skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in construction, building materials or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn production activities, safety and quality programs, and operations.
• Receive a mentor to guide growth throughout the program.
